Hi! We are Caryn & Antoine. As active investors who invest in other people's property projects, we will tell you what investors want & how to get them to say YES to you!
Caryn, a former barrister and solicitor with 11+ years of experience in FCA compliance roles, discovered property in 2014.
âI love property but quickly realised that being hands-on wasnât for me after my first project. So I pivoted to investing in other peopleâs projects instead and providing consultancy support to various property businesses. Some of the work I did included reviewing investor packs for compliance, communicating with investors, and managing the delivery of property projects."
Antoine worked in investment banking for 11+ years in Paris, New York, and London and discovered property through Caryn when they met in 2016.
âIn 2019, I left banking to focus on hands-off property investing with Caryn. During my search for investment opportunities, I noticed a big gap between what investors wanted and what was being offered. So in 2020, we decided to leverage our expertise in finance and compliance to help property investors & developers get investors for their projects."

Do the work and see the results

The private challenge community closes
Access to the challenge materials will end, and the challenge community closes down at 10pm on Sunday, 25 January.
