Make a strong first impression
You are tired of guessing whether your pitch deck is good enough. You know investors form opinions quickly. You want a pitch deck that looks professional, builds credibility, and positions you as someone worth taking seriously.
Show investors what makes this deal attractive
You know why youâre excited about the opportunity, but you struggle to communicate it clearly to investors. You want them to quickly understand the potential, see the opportunity through your eyes, and be eager to come on board.Â
Help investors make decisions more quicklyÂ
You are frustrated by having to explain things repeatedly, slow-moving conversations, and investors who go quiet right when decisions should be made. You want investors to have the full picture upfront, so decisions happen faster.
We know where you are right now.
You have a deal you're excited about. You've spent hours analysing it, running the numbers, and stress-testing the assumptions. You know why it works.
So you put together a pitch deck. A few slides covering the opportunity, some photos of the property, and a spreadsheet that explains the numbers.Â
You send it across to an investor, and wait for the reply.
Days pass, and you hear nothing, so you follow up.
Maybe you get a question or two, but the momentum never quite arrives. And somewhere in the back of your mind, a doubt creeps in: Is the deal not good enough?
But that's rarely the problem.
The problem is that investors see dozens of opportunities, and they're not going to want to work hard to understand yours.
If your pitch deck doesn't immediately communicate why this deal makes sense in their language, they move on.
Not because they weren't interested. But because it felt like too much effort to find out if they should be.
If you've sent a pitch deck and heard nothing back, you're not alone. It's one of the most common frustrations developers face when raising finance, and it almost always comes down to the same thing.
The pitch deck isn't doing its job â which is exactly what this workshop fixes.
Introducing
Build Your Pitch Deck workshop
This in-depth, interactive workshop shows you, step-by-step, how to create a clear, compelling investment offering for a current or future opportunity
Turn interest into an easy yes
There are loads of investors actively looking for investment opportunities. The challenge is making it easy for them to say yes to yours.
This workshop helps you do exactly that.
You'll walk away with a pitch deck that:
- Makes your project instantly clear
- Presents information in a simple, investor-friendly way
- Answers investor questions before they're even asked
Most importantly, you will leave with a completed pitch deck that is ready to be sent to investors.
And you will have a framework that you can use for all your current and future projects.
Prices increase automatically as places fill. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Hey, I'm Antoine!
I am a private investor who, along with my wife Caryn, has made over 50 investments in other people's property projects.
For over 11 years, I worked in investment banking in Paris, New York and London, dealing with a variety of clients, including the Bank of England.
In 2019, I left banking to focus on hands-off property investing. Whilst looking for investment opportunities, I quickly noticed a big gap between what investors need in a pitch deck and what developers are producing.
Since 2020, I've worked with over 400 property investors and developers to help them turn their deals into clear, investor-ready pitch decks and raise investor finance for their projects.
My goal for this workshop is to help you present your deal so investors understand it quickly, ask fewer questions, and make faster decisions.
This workshop is for you if:
â
You want a professional way to present opportunities to investors
â
You do not have a pitch deck and aren't sure what would make a good pitch deck
â
You have a pitch deck already, but know it could be clearer, stronger, and more effective
â You want investors to understand opportunities more quickly and with less back-and-forth
This workshop is NOT for you if:
â You are a deal sourcer who wants to sell deals instead of raising finance for your own deals
â You think that a good deal will sell itself without being presented properly
â You are happy sending investors a collection of documents, emails, and messages rather than a clear, structured investment offer
